Using the Bach flower essence remedies for pain relief in my house keeps me busy playing Doctor Mom… seems like ALL the time!Ā So if you didn’t know relieving pain naturally was possible, read on to learn how I do it in my house.Ā I usually use the body mapping as tested and outlined by Dietmar KrƤmer.Ā Below you can find this amazing resource.Ā It is probably my second all time favorite book on Bach Flowers.Ā Believe me I have read & studied many.
This information can be found in the book New Bach Flower Body Maps: Treatment by Topical Application.Ā It includes a comprehensive atlas of body maps indicating treatment zones for each flower essence and areas of the body.
In my growing experience with using these topical treatments, we have found his body maps to be spot-on accurate.Ā That is in fact what sparked me to develop my Body Mapped line of Topical Remedies.Ā They are a great starting point for using flower essences topically for treating pain, swelling, and acne.
Muscle testing is another fantastic way to āwork upā which are the right Bach flower remedy or remedies to use to alleviate pain, detoxify certain parts of the body or clear energetic blockages.
I had to use the body mapping techniques just this morning on my husband.Ā When he sneezed (major pollen season in Georgia) I heard him wincing in pain.Ā I knew something was upā¦Ā My husband is not a big ole baby!Ā As a matter of fact, I am always yelling at him for turning things over or pulling them off the grill without gloves or utensils!Ā Heās so crazy when it comes to pain.Ā This proves his need for good DPP-IV enzymes like in Similase GFCF!Ā Most of the time he has no idea how he got cuts, scrapes or bruises.Ā Which proves he needs for Impatiens & Clematis everyday too!Ā You know the manly man type…
It seems last night he pulled the muscles in his neck and shoulder big time. Ā He got up from his chair and āBitty Kittyā, our thin and most dainty cat moved in on his spot.Ā She loves the cushions in our kitchen chairs and she especially loves them after someone has been sitting in them and they are still warm.Ā When Darren went back to his seat, he tensed up to keep from crushing her.Ā I didnāt realize last night it was as bad as it was.
After one application of the flower essences mixed with plain lotion applied gently to the painful area, most of his pain, soreness & stiffness was GONE!Ā To this he reminded me āYou are my favorite GOOD Witch.āĀ He is always joking about āNobody doing the Voodoo like YOU DO!āĀ I’d like to encourage you, If you have never read my full bio on my about me page…Ā It is probably the most honest, real, heart-felt…Ā Let’s cut through the crap, writing I have ever done.
I strive to be an angel of mercy, relieving pain and suffering wherever I find it.Ā Believe me I donāt ever have to go looking far to find it!
I have used this body mapping technique time after time for so many painful issues likeā¦Ā Muscle Aches, Menstrual Cramps, Lower Back Aches, Painful Feet, Bursitis, Tendonitis, Headaches, Acne, Arthritic Knees and too many other āBoo-Booāsā to count.Ā I am never less than impressed, if not dumb-founded shocked, by how quick, simple and effective his body maps are!
In fact, weāve found them so useful that is the sole reason I made this line of remedies.Ā I was inspired after hearing the little kiddy songā¦Ā āHead, Shoulders, Knees & Toesā.Ā Isnāt it funny how we get inspiration in the goofiest of places or such random past experiences?!
Try his body maps for yourself.Ā Whether you use my line of done for you.Ā Or it you have a Bach Kit of your own or of my powerful multi-chords.Ā These can turn everyday lotion or salves into the greatest way at relieving pain naturally I have found!
Hi there please can you tell me what remedies to give to my wife for left shoulder pain.
The Bach Flowers that maps to the left shoulder would be; Willow, Holly, Olive, Gentian, Gorse & Red Chestnut. Just take some of her favorite lotion or skin care cream & stir appropriate flowers in & apply topically several times a day. Also, they can be taken internally as usual. I hope this is helpful & sorry for the delay
Hi! I am having bursitis in my left hip. Could you recommend what flowers to take?
Hi Lucy! Sorry for the delay. I’ve been on a research project. The Left Hip would most likely be these (1st 3 for sure) then in order as they appear…
Rock Water
Holly
Mimulus
If those 3 don’t quite get it then I’d also add
Mustard
Cherry Plum
Wild Rose
