The Hydrion very narrow-range pH testing litmus paper are perfect for Ream's (RBTI) testing saliva & urine!Ā These are my preferred pH tests for getting really accurate readings when fine tuning the health by numbers system.Ā Mainly because it can closely measure the healing ranges of 6.2 & 6.6.Ā It can also test the optimal magic number of 6.4.
Knowing these 2 pH numbers (saliva & urine), can give you lots of information about your health status.Ā They will test for pH imbalances from the very acidic 5.5 range into the highly alkaline 8.0 range.Ā When using these testing strips anything other than 6.2-6.6 will be outside of a healing range.
To clarify, 6.4 is the optimal reading for your numbers. Ā That is one of reasons why I use a digital pH meter.Ā But these more narrow range litmus paper will provide the closest to digital testing I have found.Ā I recommend this pH litmus paper for anyone who tests both saliva & urine from 6.0 - 7.0 in their initial baseline test.Ā Also, when the eyesight it good & they can distinguish colors well.Ā If not, I would go with the Hydrion pH Testing Strips.Ā For two reasons, first they offer a wider range.Ā Secondly, the color matching chart is more vibrant & easier to read.
Made by Micro Essential Laboratories, Hydrion is the most trusted name for accurate pH testing you can do in the convenience of your own home.Ā This pH testing litmus paper comes in a convenient take-anywhere roll. Ā Each roll should provide about 100 tests.Ā It provides excellent color separation.
Instructions
To test your pH follow these steps; In the morning before eating or drinking, work up saliva & spit in a spoon or a small collection cup. Dip a pH test paper into fresh Saliva sample & match to color chart immediately.Ā Likewise, collect fresh Urine sample before eating.Ā Your testing will be most accurate if it is not first void of the day.Ā Dip pH paper in urine sample & match to closest color.Ā Write down & date readings.Ā Anything other than a 6.2 - 6.6 is a pH imbalance!

(Acidic) 5.5; 5.8; 6.0; 6.2; 6.4 (Optimal Saliva & Urine); 6.6; 6.8; 7.0 (pH Neutral); 7.2; 7.4; 7.6; 8.0 (Alkaline)
