Recommended Use:  As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 or 2 capsules at the start of each meal, capsules can be opened & given to children based on size/weight in juice, water or on or in food, or as directed by your Health Care Professional.  They may also be taken between meals and/or before to aid in detoxification or reduce symptoms associated with allergies.

Caution:  It may be helpful to build the mucosa lining prior to use for some conditions.  If there is severe, chronic heartburn, or acid reflux you may want to consider a more gentle enzyme.  Also, a digestive formula with mucilaginous herbs to sweeten the stomach's lining would also be helpful.  Consult a healthcare professional prior to using digestive enzymes if you have or suspect you may have an ulcer.
